Getting to the Zipline Base in Koloa

The 8-line tour starts at Koloa Zipline’s office, 1 Mahaulepu Road, on the edge of Koloa on Kauai’s south shore. It is about 20 km by road from Lihue Airport, roughly 27 minutes without traffic, and about 4 km from Poipu Beach Park. Neither listing offers hotel pickup, so you drive, take a taxi or a ride share. Check in at your assigned time: the tour is not held for late guests.

From Poipu the base is a short hop inland. From the Lihue side, including the small boat harbor at Nawiliwili, it is a little under half an hour. Coming from the north shore, Princeville is more than an hour away, so a Koloa start means an early departure; leave room for the check-in time as well as the drive.

No pickup, so plan the car

Viator’s terms for this tour leave out hotel pickup and drop-off, and both listings meet at the office.
